Each organization receives its own secure, password-protected web domain where mentees can log-in and access the mentors vetted and chosen by the organization. Organizations can opt to have AI generated summaries of meetings recorded and shared with their platform administrator for an additional layer of security.
Me.Mentor also provides each organization with a complimentary toolkit with helpful resources they can use to inform the safe recruitment, onboarding, and training of their mentors, and that they can use to help monitor, evaluate, and adjust their organization’s mentorship program.
